Does the master’s good luck transfer to the dog? I wish he’d wear the bear mask.
Osama Bin Laden’s son is looking good! I guess finding one of the world’s biggest terrorists’ son sexy is probably “no guudo” (no good) as we say in Japan. But still! I also agree with his brothers and his statement that “We maintain that arbitrary killing is not a solution to political problems.” If only this concept was universally shared.
There’s no small irony that this Saudi hottie is wearing a Calvin Klein t-shirt, no? I also love how his “Growing Up bin Laden” memoir seems to echo the famous life story of the Kardashian sisters.
A British news story purports that teens are hiding behind face masks “in order to retreat from society.” Blame is predictably cast on the economy and “social insecurities.” My favorite is the quote from the teen who claims to only take off his mask after running practice: “All I can say is that it somehow calms me down.”
My advice to anyone who wants “to look Japanese,” wear a face mask!
I don’t fully understand why, but these men are celebrating their beloved water source and its miraculous return by throwing water on each other in winter. And, as its a sacred ritual, they are wearing almost no clothing. It’s called Yu kake matsuri (湯かけ祭り), which basically means water splashing festival. Thanks to the hubb for forwarding this video.
I love the small details on this handsome conductor uniform: the matching orange band on the cap, the letters on the upper arm, and the stitching around the back pants pockets. I wish I had such a simple yet elegant uniform to wear.
