In a story about over-crowding in Latin American prisons, the New York Times also serves up image after image of attractive men and their extravagant tattoos. Does this reinforce the call for sympathy?
“Hey Dad, can you help me”
Who knew you could offend the Catholic Church in just 10 seconds? And just in time for Easter Sunday, my favorite Jesus holiday. I also heard that Lady Gaga will be releasing her video single Judas on that special day!
Japanese masturbation champion Sato Masanobu
A true erotic athlete, Sato Masanobu, won a masturbation marathon with a winning time of 9 hours, 58 minutes. He credits Tenga and its 10 varieties for their help, and also says that his family is supportive of his competition. It would have been lovely to see his family at the medal ceremonies!
Japan is currently feeling insecure with the rise of China and India, but no country tops Japan in hot-dog eating, or in male masturbation. Congratulations, team Japan!
(Thanks tipster J-son).
Excessive uniformed service
My friend Bryan captured this strange image in Shinjuku: it’s store closing, so two men in white gloves have their arms stretched wide as the gate lowers. Why? Are they afraid some desperate shopper will rush in? Or is it simply a performance?
Throughout Tokyo you can experience excessive service that borders on the nonsensical. Today I visited a big box store, and there were four uniformed men helping customers enter the parking lot. How can companies justify this excessive work force? And what could be a more boring job?
