Well, the outfit certainly got our attention, didn’t it?! I love how outrageous Tokyo men can be. Walking the streets and riding the subway always inspires me to try harder to put myself together before venturing out in public again.
Should it be a regular feature? This character’s outfit was so over-the-top that I had to break it down, magazine-style. I’ll keep my eye out for more, and my camera at the ready. I am lucky that I have very little shame.

I guess the answer is “yes”.
Of course, it’s a Japanese man. But as my husband says, “Dude is a lady.” So maybe the distinction is not so clear.
