I love how clearly this packaging communicates beyond language. Donki (Don Quijote) offers a wide selection of slutty Xmas outfits with corsets, bunny ears, Playboy bunny brand, pink or black. This one clearly is large enough for a guy in make-up.

Outfit, scooter, and even helmet are all black. The pink soles make the look in Nakano.

I love how coordinated but un-matching this outfit is. The eyeglass white detail matches the shoes’ soles, the shorts and sweater different patterns in same color, and the pop of color from the Mac. Nice Metro outfit!

I salute, thee, lifeguard. Costume and staging cannot be over-estimated.

Dressed for after-the-apocalypse roadside rough trade, this outfit and pose gave me a double take. Even in the heart of Harajuku and Omotesando, the audacity of leather shorts, too much waxing and tanning, and a studied nonchalance draws attention.

Hillary Clinton looks more presidential every day. I love how she’s completely matchy-matchy with Myanmar’s Aung San Suu Kyi. Matching dresses and scrunchies screams global friendship!

Could this outfit get any better? Maybe a chain to match his huge ring? To top it off, the woman next to him has an expression that is priceless. Perhaps my best metro photo ever?

This Seoul bus ad was spotted by a reporter based in Japan, who tweeted the photo with the message, “Just saw this at a bus stop in Seoul. Would these boys make you want to visit Japan?”
Was she joking?! Of course, these heavily groomed boys and their matching outfits will lure foreign tourists and their money.
It’s a two-way street now between Japan and Korea with boy bands being the enticing candy that drives commerce. “Endless Discovery” seems to be a win for the feminine publics!

So much fun drag at the Tokyo Pride Parade last weekend. I love how Marie Antoinette stands near the 60s mod flight attendant (whom the husband thinks is a famous person; anyone know who she is?).

The drag fun also included some real women in fantastic outfits, including this very happy pink bunny above. I love how the lady below made her dress and hat and necklace all out of the ubiquitous blue sheet.

There was also some fierce foreign drag.

An interesting “international” couple with lady towering over gent.

And another variation of the American flag as costume.
